CHANGES AND WARRANTIES

Before making your exchange, we suggest you review the terms and conditions that apply to making them. At Thoro we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Thoro will perform the necessary tests and reviews to validate whether a product is eligible for exchange or warranty.*
You will have to cover a shipping cost for any exchanges you require. Thoro does not cover the shipping of exchanged merchandise unless:
Thoro will only cover shipping costs in the case of a warranty exchange, provided that it has been accredited as such.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The time period for us to receive your changes is 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase receipt, whether for footwear or any other product; if the merchandise is received between 31 and 40 days after the purchase, a charge of 10% of the commercial value of the product is applied and after 41 days the change is no longer accepted.
Clearance and/or discontinued merchandise is not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges may be for a different size, model or color, of equal or higher price than the one initially purchased. If the price is higher, the customer will pay the corresponding difference; when the price is lower than the initial price, a coupon will be issued for the difference that must be used within the first 30 days from the exchange.
In cases of merchandise with discounts or rebates, the price at which it was purchased will be taken as a reference.
Requirements:
If you purchase in a store: you must include the original PURCHASE TICKET along with the merchandise.
It is important that you attach a MERCHANDISE REPORT.
To exchange the product, it must be in perfect condition: unused, with tags, clean, in the original box and free of bad odors.
The exchange can be made in any of Thoro's physical stores or, if the customer decides, they can make their request by entering through our website, through our social networks, or via email to the following address: contacto@thoro650.com attaching 4 photos of the product (top, front, heel and sole) where it can be verified that it is in perfect condition and unused. Shipments for exchange are free of charge.
Thoro reserves the right to refund in cash or any form of payment.
WARRANTY POLICY
Thoro guarantees the quality of all shoes sold to its customers for up to 90 days from the date of delivery of the product, provided that there are defects in materials or manufacturing and that the product has been used properly.
Clearance and/or discontinued merchandise does not apply for warranty.
Products that present the following are excluded from the warranty:
- Tears, scrapes, bald spots and/or breakage of materials, such as heels, soles, caps, zippers and other accessories caused by misuse of the product.
- Changes in color, tone and texture that are natural to the material of the shoe or accessory.
- Folds or roughness caused by bending of the instep.
- Products that have already been handled by shoe stores, shoe workshops or other third parties, as well as damage caused by improper repairs and/or cleaning.
- Products with unpleasant odors.
IMPORTANT: Leather and artisanal products, being a natural texture and handmade, may present variations in tone and finish.
With the quality guarantee, Thoro is committed to:
To change the shoes that are the reason for the claim and, if the same product does not exist, to deliver another one of similar commercial value to that paid.
To request a guarantee, the customer can:
- During the period of validity stipulated above, go to any Thoro physical store and make the deposit, handing over the product. The customer will receive a response to this request within a period of no more than 15 business days. The product will be delivered to the customer in the same store where the guarantee was filed.
- The customer can fill out the information through our social networks or email: contacto@thoro650.com explaining the problem with the product and attaching at least 4 photos showing both the defect and its general condition. The warranty will be answered through the means by which it was communicated and, depending on the case, information will be provided on how to proceed. The product will be sent to the customer at the same place where the product was requested at the time of purchase.
